For health and safety reasons, everyone in attendance must have a ticket.
Adult Tickets cost £40 inclusive of VAT.
Child Tickets cost £40 inclusive of VAT.
Infants under 12 months receive a complimentary ticket, however there will be some restrictions to their experience, please see the following question (Who Is Allowed to Attend on A Child Ticket?) for a more detailed explanation.
Why are adult and child tickets the same price?
Our ‘Extraordinary Christmas Tale’ is designed to be a fully immersive experience for the whole family; therefore adult and child tickets are priced equally.
While the ticket prices are the same, Enchanted Elflings participate fully in the activities, munch on a tasty treats and receive a special gift from Father Christmas - creating unforgettable Christmas memories for everyone. Adults have unlimited hot drinks throughout the experience.

Entry to ‘The Extraordinary Christmas Tale’ at your chosen date and time, with 2.5 hours of performances and activities for your Enchanted Elflings; including helping the Elves get crafty, decorating gingerbread with Santa's helpers, face painting, dancing & singing and a visit from Father Christmas!

The Extraordinary Christmas Tale is a truly immersive experience for the whole family - where magical memories are made to last a lifetime!
We believe that children get the most out of their adventure when they can interact with and understand their surroundings.
As a guide, the experience is best suited to children aged 2-10 but is magical for all.
Child tickets are available for children aged 1 to 16 years old.
Infants under 12 months can attend ‘The Extraordinary Christmas Tale’ with a complimentary ‘Under one’ Ticket, but please note infants will not join in with baking/craft activities, nor receive any food tokens or a gift from Father Christmas.
If you wish for your infant to have the full experience at ‘The Extraordinary Christmas Tale’ as a paying child would (including receiving a gift), you are welcome to purchase a child ticket for them.
Adults with additional needs may also attend ‘The Extraordinary Christmas Tale’ on a child ticket if they would benefit from experiencing the event as a child would. Please let us know if this is the case for your group/family, and we will add a note to your booking accordingly.
Please note that each booking must contain a minimum of 1x Adult and 1x Child ticket in order to be valid.
Babies under 12 months old can visit for free with an infant ticket, while children between the ages of 1 and 16 can attend with a child’s ticket.
Infants do not participate in the interactive elements of the experience (e.g. they won’t make crafts, eat treats or receive a gift from Father Christmas).
Please note that infant tickets count toward our maximum capacity, which is why everyone, big AND small, must book a ticket.
Each booking with an infant under 12months must include at least one Child Ticket and one Adult Ticket to be valid.
As our event is centred around children, each booking must include at least one child aged between 1 - 16 years old.
‘The Extraordinary Christmas Tale’ is an immersive theatrical production designed to engage and capture the imagination of Enchanted Elflings who still believe in Father Christmas.
For this reason, we are unable to accept bookings for groups consisting solely of adults.
Our aim is to create a fun and fully inclusive event and environment for all our guests. The event is designed being mindful of inclusion and diversity issues.
We will create a safe and quieter ‘SEND’ area for those children (and/or adults) who just need a little time out to help make the experience more manageable.
The venue is accessible to everyone, and we are very happy to work with you to meet any additional needs your group/family may have.
As a thank you for helping ‘Jack’ understand the true magic of Christmas, each child (or infant/SEND adult with a Child Ticket) will receive an age appropriate gift*, wrapped with love and care by Santa’s Elves just for your Enchanted Elflings.
*We ask for ages during the registration process so we can match presents to ages as much as possible
You are of course welcome to bring a pram/pushchair to make life easier during The Extraordinary Christmas Tale! After all, you may need your hands free to help your child/ren with their craft activities.
That being said, you are very welcome to carry your little one or ‘wear them’ in a sling if you would prefer to.
We also have some highchairs available at the venue.
Yes! We have fully heated toilets for everyone to use, along with a changing table located in the disabled toilet.
All varieties of Visa and Mastercard, as well as Maestro, are accepted.
Please note, we do not currently accept American Express.
Unfortunately, we do not support instalment payments. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We do not currently offer payment plans for our bookings.

HQ Events works hard to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests while visiting our magical event.
We offer a variety of tasty treats, including vegan-friendly options and gluten-free alternatives.
While we are finalising the details of our food offerings for this season, detailed information will be available on our FAQ page closer to your visit.
If your child has a severe food allergy, we strongly advise you to bring suitable alternative food and drink to enjoy.
If this applies to you, please inform us in advance of your booked date so we can make the necessary arrangements and inform our team.
We have hard standing car park facility however parking is limited to 120 cars, so we recommend getting there early to avoid struggling to park!
There is a one way system with a private tarmac entrance driveway and separate private tarmac exit driveway.
